Chicken Paella

Ingredients for 2 servings

Ingredients for 2 servings
1cup sprouted brown rice
100 g chicken thigh
1/2 stock cube
1/2 onion
1/2 stick celery
40 g carrot
1 tablespoon raisins
2 tablespoons ketchup
Salt and pepper

Preparation

1. Heat 1 1/2 cups of water and the 1/2 stock cube in a saucepan.  Bring to the boil then cook the chicken in it. When       cooled, remove the skin and roughly shred by hand.

2. Finely chop the onion, celery and carrot.

3. Put the sprouted brown rice, chicken, chopped vegetables and raisins into a rice cooker. Add 1 cup of the stock          used for cooking the chicken then add ketchup, salt and pepper and cook.
