Tomato Rice Porridge
Ingredients for 2 servings
1 bowl cooked sprouted brown rice
2 tomatoes
Salt
1 tablespoon butter
Preparation
1. Remove the calyx from the tomato and cut
the tomato into wedges.
2. Put the sprouted brown rice, 1 cup of water
and tomatoes into a saucepan and cook on
low heat for 10 minutes.
3. Season with a little salt and add butter.
